Open Question: Sending boss an important message, could someone give me feedback and proof please?
I am weary and stressed out, but I need to get some things off my chest. I have been awake all night thinking about things unable to sleep.

I have been looking for a place to live for quite some time now. I’m not sure if you’ve looked lately, but living expenses are through the roof. Rent in a respectable neighborhood is around $650 – $700 a month for a two bedroom. I am not a greedy person, or trying to take advantage of you, but currently, I am unable to meet the day to day expenses of living. I’m not looking for fancier clothes, cars or possessions, I simply want to be able to live in a decent area that I’m not scared to let the kids outside of or be ashamed to live in.

I realize I make mistakes, I am not perfect, nor will I ever be perfect. However, over time, I know things become repetitious and the mistakes become fewer as it becomes instinct. I am an honest person and loyal to who I am with. I believe I’m a comfortable person to be around and professional, yet easy going with your clients. I help out in different ways when I am able. I love working for you and your company, no doubt about that. You’re a great boss to have. Very kind and thoughtful.

I do not expect to work for you and become a millionaire, but I need my basic living expenses met. Child support is not guaranteed, nor is graphic design. The only thing I can count on, is what I bring home. I have been exploring other options, none of which I truly want to do. If we can not find something that works for both of us though, I will have to go another route. Please think it over and I will be understanding of whatever decision you make. I never like to burn bridges. I will have no hard feelings if you feel I not worth more than my current value, and I will assist you in looking for a replacement and help train her before I leave.
