Open Question: Affordable vacation beach house for rent near Orlando?
Looking for a beach house to rent near Orlando- about an hour away on the Atlantic side. Looking for 4 beds 3 baths since there will be 6 adults and 5 children. Hoping for under 2500 a week. There’s so many listings online I’m hoping someone can provide me will a good rental website that can allow me to put in my price to narrow the search listings, or someone who has contact info for somewhere they have stayed before. Thanks 
Open Question: What kind of legalities would I have to go threw to start a jet ski business in Mexico?
This is a serious question. I have all the equipment and plan on starting next year I am not starting a big business I just want to start off with a couple of rentals. I am unfamiliar about the laws in mexico. I need to know if I have to get them licensed (jetskis) if I will be charged for renting off the beach. And if I would have to file business taxes. I asked this because I was in Mexico and it just seemed like they didn’t do any of this,they were just renting off the beach and charging people. They made me sign a paper saying they weren’t responsible for injuries. Was this because they just pay the police i’m unsure because I know how corrupt mexico. Could somebody help me.

Open Question: any florida condo owners out there? i need some info?
im thinking of buying a beach condo at panama city beach fl. Ive worked out that id need to generate at least $11000 a year in rental income to cover my costs. Its a studio condo that would sleep upto 4, so its not big. If i could get 50% occupancy per annum at $60 per night, that would put me at break even, is this achievable? my costs will reduce signicatly in just over 2 years when i have enough money coming my way to pay off the loan id have to take to buy this condo, so im looking at the long term investment at the moment, not as a way of generating income.
ive taken into account all costs inc hoa fees. im buying with uk money not usa funding. I just want to know if 50% occupancy at an average of $60 a night on pcb is achevable
