Open Question: Can anyone suggest why i got declined for a loan?
Hi, I just rang my bank up and applied for a loan.
I started my job in January only on 18 hours per week. 2 weeks ago from Monday my hours got increased from 18 hours to 43 hours… Which is great, I’m earning over 1k Per month… great, I turned 18 in April, never had anything on finance, credit card… and I’m in no debt what so ever. i gave a good genuine reason… to buy a motorbike… take my tests and to pay insurance…. yet i got declined… can anybody suggest why?
P.S the loan was for £2k
The last thing I want is credit cards sorry… my whole family are in mass debt due to credit cards, I’d much rather just save my money.

Open Question: Are businesses suppose to tell what fees they will charge if you call them?
If you call your bank or credit card company are they suppose to tell you what fees they will charge you before they charge it?
A lot of times they don’t know what the fees are or just don’t tell you. What can you do?
I am asking this in law because i think i will get more sensible answers.
