My nephew came to stay with my parents and I for a few days till his dad came. While he was here he was hysterical crying because his mom wasn’t here and was calling and texting her obsessivelyy. She told him she would come down and have diner with him. We went to a water park the morning before she was supposed to come and all day he wanted to leave because he was supposed to call her so she could start her trip when we left the water park, in the end she couldn’t come and he got hysterical and was crying. He kept calling her and texting her every 5 minutes. Then his dad( my brother) came down to spend time with his family (my mom, dad, and I) When he went out with his friends and said he would be back at 8 he was texting him every 10minutes making sure he would be back. When my bro didn’t come home until 10:45, he was about to go crazy.
My parents were planning to take him on vacation to go to Disney World with us and he was excited to go. Then all of a sudden he doesn’t want to go.
He also has had to get picked up from sleepover down the street from his house because he missed his mom.
I know when I was ten I used to stay home by myself and loved to spend time with my parents(his grandparents) because they are very lenient. Not to mention I would kill to go on vacation, especially Disney World.
