Open Question: Traveling to find meaning…(be seriouse)?
First befoure i go on i would like to request no one pull a religous “God is meaning” crap. yes i AM talking a spiritual journy of finding ones self…but it has NOTHING to do with god Or abotu god…im not athist im just tired of people Pushing religion into everything.

So i have been thinking for awhile of hitting the road. just travel, hitchhike my way across america Till i reach the ocean then find someway To cross it to Europe.
i guess you can say im trying to find myself & the Reason for my Exsistence….my “place in life”
I wanty to know what the best way to do this is?
Does anyone have any similer Tales of adventures? how did it end?
Does anyone have good advice of makeing money on the road? where to go to look for short term work?
im not kidding myself i know it wil lbe hard. But if all else fails i wont have anything left here. so theres nothing to leave behind.
Open Question: Is knee fluid build up a sign of a meniscus tear?
I was involved in a car accident nearly 6 months ago. I was the passenger, and my knee hit the dashboard with us travelling at 70 kph. I’ve been to see the doctor, who wanted to see if my knee would heal itself, as I wasn’t in a great deal of pain.
I’ve been seeing a physiotherapist for 3 sessions now, with another 5 lined up. He seems to think it could be a torn mensicus based on the pain (not alot) I’ve been feeling. My knee does tend to have a crunching sensation if I get up from a seated position…I occasionally have a stabbing pain in the inner side…there is fluid build up on the inner botton of my knee…sometimes my knee feels like it is the size of a grapefruit even though it isn’t. It occasionally feels like its going to buckle, but doesn’t.
I don’t know if it would be a torn meniscus if its not always painful. Is that possible? The pain really does come and go. I’m scheduling an MRI soon – would that test be conclusive?
Please help, I’m quite unsure about the whole thing.
Open Question: Song suggestions/advice?
I have been seeing someone since October, and now, four months later, I’m realizing that I feel strongly about him. I’m not trying to rush anything, and I’m not about to completely freak him out and tell him, but it just is the way it is…so, anyway, he’s graduating college this spring, and plans on leaving the state to live somewhere else i.e a city, and possibly leaving the country for the summer. So , catching feelings for him, I know, is absolutely, outright stupid. The only thing is, is that he makes it completely obvious, that I’m more than just a fling to him as well, but not all the time. See, sometimes he leaves an option open so to speak to include me, or basically, just doesn’t exclude me at all atleast. He also can be a completely arrogant asshole, but a funny one, so I can manage to deal with it cause me makes me laugh so well. Then, he tells me things like maybe he’ll find mrs. right one day and they’ll travel together, and then that it could possibly be someone he already met (corny, I know), and that he always enjoys the time he spends with me, asks me to turn off the lights and lights candles before we lay together, he asks me out of-the-blue questions like “how do you feel about travel?” and “do you think you could ever live in the city”. Then says things like “we should fly out and visit your mother in May”. Fact of the matter is, I think it’s inevitable that he is leaving, I like him a whole lot, I think we have what it takes to make a good and lasting relationship if we tried, we make eachother laugh, we’re both very opinionated, we have a similar sense of humor, we have great sex, we have a lot of the same friends, our best friend is the same person in fact (also the one who set us up). I’d like advice from outside sources like you lovely people, and also songs (no country please) sung by women (rock, indie, alternative, classic rock, etc.) about my situation and/or that I would go with him, or that I would wait for him especially if my feelings keep continuing to grow the way they have been. I am also very true to my scorpio nature, and I would be loyal, and loving, and there for him when he needed me to be…I’m open for any and all comments that are legit, please don’t answer just to insult me.
