Open Question: Advice on where to travel between four locations in the United States?
I am able to go on vacation in September. I have four locations I would like to visit, but am having problems deciding because of the different expenses associated with each location.
1) Texas- San Antonio, Houston, Corpus Christi are the three locations I would like to visit if I vacation in the state. I would be driving because I live in Missouri. I am looking at cost for hotels, gas, food, activities such as Sea World, and car rental.
2) California- San Diego I would fly here. I am looking at the other costs.
3) Florida- Orlando I would fly here also, I am also looking at other costs.
4) Hawaii- Honolulu I would fly here also, I am also looking at other costs.
I have looked at these locations myself and been to all of them, but it has been a long time. I am looking for the pros and con’s to each area. My Friend and I our going, so I am trying to get some good info before I present the cost to each place.

Open Question: Mainsail, Maravilla or Beach Retreat?
Can you compare these three properties? If I’m not mistaken, Maravilla and Beach Retreat are the same property? What is the difference between the two?
Also, Newman Daily or Southern Resorts vacation Rentals? Are they both reputable companies that are great to work with? I like that Newman Daily has a lot of extras, but the only condo they have available in my time frame is at Beach Retreat, which I’m not sure is as nice as Mainsail or Maravilla?

Open Question: Which condo properties in Destin, Florida offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrella?
My husband and I are planning a vacation to Destin, FL and I am having a hard time finding what I want. We want a beach front condo that is non smoking, no pets, and has free beach chairs and umbrella! This is apparently very hard to find. Does anyone know which properties offer this service for free? I know Maravilla does….any others? Also, any good vacation rental sites where I fill out a form listing all my criteria and have someone email me a list of condos that meet my criteria? Thanks so much!

ETA: We only want to stay 4 or 5 nights, so a place that books by the day is a must. As far as price range, somewhere around $150 a night, give or take.
